Founded in 2001 as a small preschool, CLP has grown into a thriving learning community composed of 300 families through preschool, K-12, homeschooling, tutorials, and interventions. With small class sizes and a hands-on approach, CLP nurtures lifelong learners in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Phase 1
Application Submission and Initial Screening

Step 1 - Submit Application Requirements
Send all documents to admin@creativelearningpaths.edu.ph
Required Documents
1. Birth Certificate
2. Medical Certificate
3. Latest report card (from previous school)
4. Alien Certificate of Registration (for non-Filipino Applicants)

6. Past School Records and Recommendation Form (if possible)
7. Commitment to attend Parents Orientation and Parenting Peace Circles as scheduled

- Developmental Assessment reports from Developmental Pediatrician or Neuropsychological Evaluation from a Neuropsychologist
- Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist progress reports/progress notes
- Other therapists/interventionists progress reports
NOTE: For Kinder, the school recommends at least 5 years old by June.
If the child is still 4 years old by June, the school prescribes at least 2 years of preschool along with the Department of Education directive of the child being 5 years old by October of the school year.

Step 2 - Parents Interview
1. The school will schedule a Parent Interview with the School Principal or Admissions team.
2. Details for the Baseline Assessment Schedule will be provided after the interview.
3. Please allow 1 week for scheduling updates.
Phase 2
Student Assessment and Evaluation

Step 3 - Baseline Assessment
All applicants will undergo a Baseline Assessment, which may include
1. Baseline Assessment
2. Play Observation (for younger learners)
3. Student Interview (for Grades 4-12)
This process helps determine the child's:
- Student readiness
- Developmental profile
- Class placement (including support for neurodivergent learners)

An official receipt will be issued upon payment confirmation.
Phase 3
Application Result and Final Evaluation
The school will send an official Application Status via email:
• Letter of Acceptance, and/or
• Registrar's Notice regarding the results
• All parents are required to attend the Parents Orientation as scheduled

Please note that these are just an estimate of the tuition fee per grade level for your reference:
Preschool-Kindergarten starts at PHP 127,000++
Lower school: Grades 1-3 starts at PHP 148,000++
Middle school: Grades 4-6 starts at PHP 155,000++
Upper school: Grades 8-10 starts at PHP 156,000++
